Vadim was born in 1988 in Novosibirsk. He is known not only as an athlete, but also as a blogger. Actually, it was his personal blog that brought him great fame. From an early age, Vadim was in sports. His career began with playing football, which he was involved in for two years.

Children often look for their place in life for a long time, and Vadim was no exception. After football, a year of training in the hockey section followed. Then four years of his life were devoted to break dance, and then to wrestling. It was here that he received his first title of "Candidate Master of Sports".

Vadim came to bodybuilding when he was in ninth grade. The reason for this was a girl who liked Vadim, and he wanted to achieve her location in any way. But very quickly he got involved and began to actively train. At first, he practiced at home, using improvised means as a burden.

Parents noticed the son's new hobby and the enthusiasm with which he was engaged in bodybuilding. Soon they decided to give Vadim "Docha" a barbell. For a couple, this was one of the happiest days of his life. At that time he did not have a great store of knowledge and studied for three hours daily. For obvious reasons, there was no question of any nutrition program or correct recovery. But even in this case, Vadim managed to bring the howl personal record in the bench press up to 150 kilograms.

After graduating from high school, Ivanov entered one of the universities in his hometown. He chose nuclear physics as his future profession. However, after completing four courses, he realized that he would not be able to work in the future in this area and left the university.

By this time, he was already running a personal blog, which was not yet so popular. After university, he decided to devote himself entirely to blogging and sports. In sports, he achieved high results and was able to become the CCM in powerlifting, as well as the "Master of Sports" in the bench press. Vadim is not going to stop there and his plans include getting the title of Candidate Master of Sports in weightlifting, MS in powerlifting, and in the bench press he intends to fulfill the standard of MSMK.

In parallel with playing sports, he continued to maintain a personal blog, in which he shared his own impressions of taking steroids. Gradually, the web resource of Vadim "Docha" Ivanov became more and more popular and today do4a.com is one of the most visited profile portals. Since 2014, Vadim has been living in St. Petersburg.

The do4a.com portal has been online since September 30, 2010. The yoke of history has had its ups and downs. To date, the site is visited by about 25,000 people per day. This figure makes it one of the largest bodybuilding resources.

Until the spring of 2015, Vadim collaborated with the domestic company PureProtein, which produces sports supplements. He advertised the products of this manufacturer and sold them through his Internet resource. According to the available open information, sports nutrition was sold with a markup of 70 to 80 percent to the wholesale cost.

However, in 2015, the company's management ceased to be satisfied with do4a.com's pricing policy. PureProtein representatives believed that their products were being sold at dumping (low) prices and the contract was terminated this spring. At the same time, Vadim "Docha" Ivanov strongly disagreed with the charges brought against him.

As a result, a real information war broke out between PureProtein and Vadim. Representatives of the "warring" parties accused each other of various sins. At the same time, several administrators were fired from the do4a.com portal, who later sided with the sports nutrition company and began to actively criticize their former associate.

Soon after the beginning of this conflict, information appeared about the trial on charges against Vadim of illegal sale of potent substances. The court sentenced Ivanov to two years of imprisonment, which was then commuted to a one year suspended sentence with a probationary period.

In October 2015, the do4a.com portal became the property of Alexander Storoshchuk. This became the "second wind" for the Internet resource, which continued its active development. Storoshchuk has successfully registered new trade marks, in which 49% of the authorized capital belongs to Vadim "Docha" Ivanov.

At the moment, Ivanov is the owner of an online sports nutrition store. He began his work in 2013, simultaneously with the launch of a store in Vadim's hometown. A year later, the second sports nutrition store, located in St. Petersburg, began to operate. All of them are united into one Docha Market network, which is actively developing. If at the beginning of 2015 it consisted of only four retail stores, then by November 2015 there were more than 20. At the end of 2105, the first store located outside of Russia, namely in Minsk, began its operations.

The main task that the do4a.com portal is trying to solve is to popularize sports in the country. According to the creators of the resource, this will allow to grow a new society in which there will be no place for drugs and alcohol. Also, Vadim and his associates do not welcome the use of anabolic steroid drugs by amateur athletes. They are confident that the use of these potent drugs should be under the constant supervision of medical professionals.
