  • Tortillas … First, knead the dough by sifting premium wheat flour (250 ml) and mixing with fast dry yeast (10 g). Pour in refined vegetable oil (60 ml) and water (90 ml). Stir the mixture, salt and add soda (pinch), quenched in vinegar. Then roll up a uniform ball, cover it with a bag and leave in a warm place for 40 minutes. After this time has elapsed, knead the dough, roll it into a thin layer, cut out the circles with a small saucer, grease them with noni puree and cover with another cake on top, pinching the edges. Next, pour vegetable oil on a baking sheet, transfer them here and put them in the oven for 20-30 minutes. While they are hot, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • Soup-puree … Peel one avocado, noni, orange, and mango. Then chop them and beat in turns with a blender. After that, mix all the ingredients, pour them with milk (80 ml), salt, sugar to taste and bring to a boil over low heat. The dish should turn out to be very sweet, and it is best served for an afternoon snack.
  • Tea with dried fruit pieces … To prepare it, pour the chopped noni (5 tablespoons) with boiling water (250 ml). Add 1 tbsp to it. l. raw or thawed currants and a little honey (1 tsp). Then beat the mixture until a homogeneous gruel is formed, refrigerate and drink with or without any sweetness.
  • Baked fruit … Peel and seed 3 noni, then grind them in a meat grinder or blender. Do the same with 4 sour green apples and one mango. Then mix the mixture, pour with stevia syrup (3 tablespoons), put in clay pots, sprinkle with grated bitter chocolate (200 g) on top and send to the oven for 15 minutes.
  • Salad … Peel and slice pineapple (medium half), kiwi (2), papaya (1) and noni (1). Mix all this, cover with strawberry yogurt (250 ml), season with honey (1 tsp) and red wine (1 tbsp).
  • Pancakes … Dissolve the sifted flour in kefir (500 ml), which needs so much to make the dough thick, like semolina. Add chicken egg (1 pc.), Soda slaked with table vinegar (1 tsp.), Sugar (6 tbsp. L.). Then peel the noni (3 pcs.), Remember them and mix with honey (2 tbsp. L.). Next, heat a frying pan over a fire, pour oil into it and spoon out the dough, which should be decorated with fruit pulp on top.
