1. Wash the eggs in water, wipe with a paper towel and break the peel. Pour the contents into a deep bowl and salt a little.

2. Pour milk of any fat content into the eggs. You can substitute cream for milk if you wish. If you want the dish to be sweeter, you can add some sugar.
