To make the jam, you will need 0.25 kg of ginger twisted through a meat grinder and 1 glass of liquid honey. The products are thoroughly mixed and packed in a jar. Such a delicacy is stored in the refrigerator. It needs to be eaten quickly, as over time the honey mixture begins to ferment.
