Put the biscuit in a round shape, then the strawberry slices and cover with cream, refrigerate for 3 hours. Remove, garnish with meringue and berries to taste.
  • Oatmeal with caramelized banana… Cook the oatmeal (70 g) according to the instructions on the pack. Pour sugar (50 g) into a frying pan, when it starts to melt, put a chopped banana (1 piece), fry it in sugar. Put the porridge on a plate, top with banana, strawberry jam (10 g), vanilla ice cream (50 g) and cinnamon (5 g).
  • Strawberry hot sauce… Pour olive oil (1 tablespoon) into a saucepan, add finely chopped ginger root (1 tablespoon), garlic (2 cloves), strawberries (200 g), fry until strawberries are soft. Add strawberry jam (2 tsp), red hot pepper (1/3 tsp), add soy sauce (1 tbsp), simmer for a couple of minutes, then beat until smooth in a blender.
