Armenian okroshka is often served in glasses and consumed as a refreshing drink. A distinctive feature of the Armenian okroshka from the Russian one is that you need to have yogurt. This is an Armenian traditional fermented milk drink, the taste of which simultaneously resembles kefir, yogurt and yogurt. The drink is used in the preparation of many Caucasian dishes. Boiled potatoes, peeled and chopped

1. Potatoes are not used in the original recipe, but you can add a few tubers to make the dish more satisfying. To do this, peel the boiled potatoes and cut into cubes with sides of 0.5 mm.

2. Peel the boiled eggs and cut them like potatoes.

3. Wash the cucumbers, dry with a paper towel, cut off the ends on both sides and cut into cubes, like all products.
