The recipe that we want to share with you will help you cope with this seemingly difficult task, making it as easy as possible for you. For a first-class bolognese sauce, you need vegetables - onions and carrots, aromatic spices and fresh minced meat. In summer and autumn, of course, it is better to prepare homemade sauce with fresh tomatoes or specially stored frozen or canned tomatoes in their own juice. However, if there are no such products in the refrigerator, then you can use tomato paste.
