Let's add green peas and bell peas to it, but green peas are not canned, but fresh or freshly frozen. Why not canned, you ask. Because canned peas have their own specific taste, which significantly changes the taste of the final dish. Try it yourself and you will understand the difference.

Ingredients:

  • Tomatoes - 5 pcs.
  • Bell pepper (yellow) - 2 pcs.
  • Bulb onions - 1 pc.
  • Green peas - 200-250 g
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Black pepper
  • Dill
  • Salt

Cooking tomato salad with green peas

  1. We boil the peas in the amount we need within 30 minutes from the moment of boiling.
  2. Cut the tomatoes, cut the onion into thin half-rings, and cut the yellow bell pepper (for the brilliance of the salad) thinly.
  3. Add boiled green peas, season with black pepper, vegetable oil and salt. Sprinkle with herbs. Stir and the salad is ready.
