How does the Kremlin diet work?

When the body experiences a sharp shortage of carbohydrates (foods with a high carbohydrate content are prohibited), then it begins to expend internal energy reserves in body fat. Therefore, even if you consume an unlimited amount of meat, it will not affect the process of losing weight in any way.

The four main principles of the diet:

1. Cheese, meat and fish

Fish and meat in accordance with the diet can be eaten as much as you like. The menu includes beef, pork, poultry, seafood and river fish. Dishes can be kebabs, chops, and even fatty cheeses. It is better to choose hard cheese varieties, but processed cheese will be banned due to the high carbohydrate content. Eat sausages, sausages, wieners (choose better quality products, without dyes and chemicals).

2. Lack of carbohydrates
