After all, chocolate is a charge of vivacity, energy, strength and good mood. This dessert will be especially useful for those who follow the figure, follow a diet, keep weight and have health problems. In addition, cherries or any other vegetables can be added to the dough to complement the taste of the product. However, it is cherries that go well with chocolate and cottage cheese.

  • Dark chocolate - 50 g
  • Cocoa powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Semolina - 4 tablespoons
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons or to taste
  • Salt - a pinch

1. Boil the peeled and chopped pumpkin until soft. Check its readiness with a knife - the vegetable is soft, which means it is ready. The average boiling time for pumpkin is 20 minutes. If you need to speed up this process, cut it into smaller pieces. Then the cooking will be cut in half. Grind the finished pumpkin with a crush or grind with a blender. If it is too watery, then hold it in a sieve to drain all the liquid.

2. Add cottage cheese and semolina to the pumpkin. It is advisable to use homemade and fresh cottage cheese. But if you are on a diet, you can buy a low fat product.

3. Add sugar and cocoa powder. The following point should be taken into account here. Cocoa is sweet and not sweet. Therefore, if you use an unsweetened product, then you may have to add more sugar, honey, condensed milk or jam to the dough.
