The main thing is to prepare the berries immediately after they are harvested, then the frozen cherries will retain the maximum amount of nutrients.

It is used to prepare various dishes, such as: desserts, cakes, dumplings, pies, clafoutis, jams, drinks, tinctures, syrups, sauces, compotes, fillings. Tip: you can freeze unwashed cherries, but only sorted ones. Then it does not have to be dried, it is guaranteed not to stick together and will be loose.
