Mousse - what a beautiful word! But even more beautiful and tastier is the dessert itself, which bears this name. It sounds like French cuisine. It is prepared with the addition of various fruits, berries, chocolate or coffee, or based on grape wine, and so on. I decided to share with you a recipe for strawberry mousse, which is made with the addition of gelatin and 33% cream. In fact, there are various options for its preparation (semolina, egg whites or milk are added instead of gelatin). The recipe is designed for 3 large or 4 medium portions, you can pour it into four parts boldly and will be enough even for an adult.
