Since most manufacturers use a minimum of milk, they actively add vegetable fat, in the form of palm oil, all kinds of thickeners with preservatives. Particularly dangerous is the white dye called titanium dioxide. It is generally only suitable for the manufacture of batteries and ceramics. And these products, it is not difficult to guess, that they do not bring any benefit to the body, but rather, on the contrary, destroy it. However, if you are not ready to give up your favorite treat, then write down this recipe.

Real condensed milk is made by evaporating fatty cow's milk with sugar. And as it turned out, doing this in your kitchen is not at all difficult. High-quality condensed milk in compliance with all technological processes is even useful for our body. In its composition, it contains many trace elements and vitamins valuable for health. It is completely absorbed by the body, unlike fakes and does not cause any complications, of course, except for obesity and caries. But this is only with excessive use of the product. Add sugar to the saucepan. You can reduce the amount of sugar so that the condensed milk is not so sweet. But then it should be borne in mind that the consistency of the product will be slightly less frequent.

2. Following the sugar, put the butter, which you previously removed from the refrigerator, so that it reaches room temperature.

3. Place the milk on the stove, turn on high heat and heat. Stir with a spoon or whisk so that the oil is completely dispersed and nothing burns.

4. When the milk comes to a boil, turn the heat slightly above medium and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Remember to stir regularly. It will boil down and foam hard, forming foam and bubbles.

5. Then place the pan in a bowl of cold water to cool the condensed milk.

6. Then send the pan to the refrigerator until it is completely cooled. During this time, the condensed milk will thicken and acquire a thicker consistency.
