2. String each piece of banana on a toothpick or skewer. Melt the chocolate in a water bath. Pour the coconut flakes into a bowl.

When the chocolate is melted, it should not boil, otherwise it will taste bitter. Bring it only to a liquid consistency. If during the cooking process it hardens slightly, then put it back on the fire and heat it up. You can also melt it in the microwave, but then watch it carefully, because this device is different for everyone, and you can trace the degree of readiness of the chocolate.

3. Now grab the banana by the toothpick (skewer) and dip it in a bowl of melted chocolate. Twirl it a few times until the frosting is completely over the fruit. Then immediately transfer it to a bowl of coconut flakes, flip it several times so that it is well breaded. Place the bananas on prepared parchment or baking foil and refrigerate for 20-30 minutes. To speed up the setting process, the candies can be placed in the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

Instead of coconut flakes, any products are suitable, or you can not bread the sweets at all, but leave them only in chocolate glaze.
