Pumpkin is a useful, inexpensive unique vegetable that is rich in vitamins and minerals, and also quite inexpensive, which allows it to be successfully used for preparing a variety of dishes. I have already shared with you different recipes using pumpkin, and today I will tell you how to bake pancakes from it so that they turn out incredibly tender, fluffy and just melt in your mouth.

In addition to healthy pumpkin, these pancakes use equally useful oatmeal, which give the body fullness for a long time. These pancakes are easy to prepare and are perfect for dietary and children's menus. If you want to somehow diversify your diet, then be sure to try them. I am sure that absolutely all family members will like them. By the way, such pancakes will be an excellent dish for celebrating Halloween. Indeed, on this day, it is customary to cook pumpkin dishes, and cut different masks from the fruit itself.

I also want to give the hostesses one piece of advice. I, in the summer season, cook zucchini pancakes according to the same recipe. So take note of it and use it according to the season.

1. Peel the pumpkin from the thick peel, remove the seeds with fibers and wash under running water. Then dry with a paper towel and grate on a coarse grater.

2. Rinse the apple, dry it and remove the core with the seeds with a special knife. Peel the skin if desired. I do this because I like pancakes more tender, and apple skin does not soften completely with a short heat treatment. But this is already a matter of taste, so do as you like. Grate the prepared apple on a coarse grater.
