Cooking cherries in chocolate

1. Melt the chocolate in a way convenient for you. For example, you can use a steam bath. To do this, place the chocolate in a container that you place on top of a bowl of water. Send it to the stove and heat until it melts. But, in any case, do not bring the chocolate to a boil, otherwise it will taste bitter. You just need to melt it. If it cools down during cooking, put it periodically on the fire and heat it up.

You can also melt the chocolate in the microwave. But here there is a possibility of not keeping track of it, and as a result, bring it to a boil.

By the way, if there is no chocolate, then you can make icing from ordinary products. To do this, mix cocoa powder, milk and butter. Stir the ingredients and heat.

2. Wash the cherries, dry them with a towel and dip them one by one into the melted mass. Swirl the berries in all directions so that they are evenly glazed.

If you use cherries for a cake, remove the seeds first and soak them in alcohol if desired. Then you get the drunk cherry dessert.
