General principles of making cottage cheese donuts with chocolate

Donuts are a fairly popular confection in many countries that is prepared with or without yeast. Donuts are round in shape with a hole in the middle, which I often fill with some goodies (nuts, jam or chocolate). An essential ingredient in donuts is a dough made from cottage cheese, flour, eggs and sugar. Sometimes kefir or milk is added to the dough, and for splendor, several grams of soda slaked with vinegar are added.

If you use milk or kefir, then they should be at room temperature, you can warm the milk a little, melt the butter slightly, it is advisable to sift the flour, and it is advisable to grind the powdered sugar from sugar in advance.

Any donuts, no matter what they are prepared from, are fried in a large amount of oil. Ideal if it's a deep fat fryer, but any other container will do. Hot donuts are usually sprinkled with icing sugar, or covered with a layer of jam for piquancy.

Take a donut with any kitchen appliance convenient for you, preferably an iron one, and dip it in boiling oil. Cook until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes. Then place the donuts on a plate and serve. They should only be served hot, when the crust is crispy and the flesh is lightly creamy.
