Interesting about the ingredients of canapés

1. Pitahaya

Fruit pitahaya or another name pitahaya or dragon fruit has both an exotic name and appearance. Its color is bright pink, the size is similar to a large elongated apple. The fruit is covered with large scales with tips painted green or bright green. The pulp is white or purple in color with a large number of small seeds.

The fruit is low-calorie, only 45-50 kcal per 100 g of product, since at 85-90 g it consists of water. Pitaya contains proteins, calcium, phosphorus, iron and a number of vitamins C, PP and group B. The fruit is useful for patients with diabetes, it has a beneficial effect on the immune and cardiovascular systems, and is also able to remove stomach pain.

2. Mango

Fruits are oval in shape, with a smooth surface, thin yellow, green or red skin. The flesh of the mango is aromatic and juicy, the taste ranges from sour to sweet. The fruit is rich in vitamins A, B, C, phosphorus and iron. It is useful for the work of the cardiovascular system and digestion, with inflammation of the mouth and gums. Mango in large quantities causes constipation.

3. Kiwi

Kiwi is known and familiar to many. But still, let's give it a couple of lines. 84% of the fruit is water. In addition to liquid, kiwi contains 1% proteins, 1% fats, 10% carbohydrates, as well as vitamins C, E, nicotinic acid, dietary fiber, mono- and disaccharides. The energy value is low, there are only 48 kilocalories per 100 g of the product. Read more about the beneficial properties of kiwi.

4. Orange

We will not ignore the orange, which is considered a real storehouse of vitamins (A, B1, B2, PP) and trace elements (magnesium, phosphorus, iron, sodium, potassium, calcium). But the main advantage of citrus fruit is vitamin C, which contains 80 mg of ascorbic acid in 150 g of pulp, which is the daily intake of vitamin C. Cooking canapes with exotic fruits

1. Wash the pitahaya and pat dry with a paper towel. Divide in half and cut into half rings about 1, 5-2 cm thick. Carefully remove the skin so as not to damage the pulp, which peels off very easily.
