  • The aromas of fragrant herbs, cinnamon and cloves soothe, give a feeling of comfort and warmth.
  • Nutmeg strengthens the nervous and immune systems and is useful for colds and depression.
  • The aroma of vanilla stimulates the muscles of the heart and removes irritation.
  • Cardamom, ginger, black pepper, curry, turmeric - have warming and tonic properties and improve blood circulation.
  • And if the drink contains oranges, lemons or black chokeberry, which are considered good antioxidants, then you can significantly increase the level of vitamin C.

  • Red wine (semi-dry and dry) - 1 liter

  • Carnation - 1 bud
  • Cinnamon stick - 1 pc.
  • Sugar or honey - to taste and as desired

Cooking mulled wine with ginger

1. Pour red wine into a saucepan in which it will be convenient to heat it on the stove. Put a cinnamon stick, allspice peas and a clove bud to it.
