Honey and coffee liqueur is an aromatic alcoholic beverage that you can prepare yourself at home and surprise guests with an unforgettable aroma and taste. Its highlight is the bright smell of honey and coffee, moderate thickness and slightly sweet aftertaste. In addition, you can vary the strength of the product to your liking, from 15-45% vol. If desired, alcohol can be added to portioned glasses so that everyone can adjust the strength to their liking.

Preparing a drink is quite simple. The alcohol base can be high-quality vodka, cognac, rum, whiskey, grain alcohol. Instant coffee is used, because it is easiest to brew. But if desired, custard is also suitable. Then the cooking process will change slightly. First, you need to brew coffee in a little water or milk, and then strain it through cheesecloth folded in half, and then cook according to the recipe. It should also be borne in mind that if there is an allergy to bee products, then it can be replaced with vanilla extract (5 ml) or vanilla sugar (10-15 g). Remember that only high quality products will make the drink much tastier than elite expensive store counterparts.
