A cocktail is a drink that is prepared within a few minutes by mixing certain ingredients. Cocktails are non-alcoholic and alcoholic. The latter mainly contain whiskey, rum, gin, vodka or tequila. You can combine the drink with almost any product. For example, with fruits and berries, which it is desirable to use fresh, but you can also make an excellent drink from frozen ones. Only then will it be necessary to defrost them and drain the excess liquid.

Also, ice cream is almost always added to the cocktail, which is whipped with milk. Usually the proportion is 1: 1. If you need a thicker cocktail, then the share of ice cream increases, less - decreases. However, it should be borne in mind that when using fruit, the consistency of the cocktail will also become thicker.

Milk is used for any drink, but it is desirable to use medium fat content, about 3%. There is a main rule here that must be observed - the temperature of the products, which should be cool. Since the colder the ingredients are, the easier it will be to whip up the drink. Well, if you are a supporter of proper nutrition, or you want the cocktail to become even healthier, then instead of ice cream with milk, you can use yogurt with kefir.

2. Pour cold milk just removed from the refrigerator into the blender bowl. Put a chopped banana to it and add sugar. If you want to get an alcoholic cocktail, pour 50 g of brandy or any other strong drink.

3. Place the ice cream and place the bowl on the power supply. Whisk the cocktail until smooth and airy on high speed for about 30 seconds.

Any ice cream can be used: milk, creme brulee, chocolate, etc. If the ice cream is in a waffle cup, then, of course, it must be removed, and if it is in chocolate glaze, then it can be left. Then very small chocolate pieces will float in the cocktail. Although this is not for everybody.

4. After that, immediately pour the drink into glasses and start tasting until the cocktail is cold and the foam has not settled. Optionally, you can add a crushed ice cube to each glass. Happy cooling to everyone!
