Kiwi in chocolate - a pleasant combination of kiwi sourness and the noble taste of chocolate! And when a sprinkle of coconut flakes comes across a tooth, it's just a real sweet holiday. In a word - delicious food! Fast, creative and very refreshing. The recipe itself is extremely simple, made from 2 main components. The most difficult process is to cover the kiwi with chocolate icing, since the correct melting process for the original ingredient must be followed. Such a delicacy is perfect for a children's holiday, and you can also please your household as an everyday dessert.

You can cover the berries with any kind of icing: bitter, milk, white, or you can make an assortment. And if there is no chocolate at all, then prepare the icing from cocoa powder. As a powder, you can use crumbled crunchy waffles, crushed nuts, sesame or sunflower seeds. In addition, in this way, you can cook not only kiwi, but also other berries, such as strawberries, bananas, cherries, quiche and other berries and fruits. The main thing is to take the products not too soft, otherwise the fruit cannot be put on the stick normally. And if they are hard, then the delicacy will be terribly sour! Therefore, choose fruits with optimum firmness and ripeness.

1. Peel the kiwi, rinse and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut it in half or crosswise into tight circles. Try to cut the skins from the berries as little as possible. It is ideal to use a vegetable peeler for this process.

2. Put each piece of kiwi on a skewer or wooden stick, for example, from ice cream.

3. Break the chocolate into pieces, put it in a bowl and place it on a saucepan filled with water.

4. Send the chocolate to a water bath and wait for it to melt. The most important thing here is not to let it boil, otherwise it will become bitter. It is enough just to heat it until soft. You can also do this in the microwave. But here, be careful not to miss the readiness of the chocolate.

5. Dip the kiwi in chocolate and twist the berry until it is completely covered with glaze.

6. Then, immediately, while the chocolate is hot, transfer the kiwi to a bowl with coconut flakes. Turn the berry over several times so that it is evenly covered with shavings.

7. Put the berries on a tray, plate or board and covered with foil or baking paper and put the treat in the refrigerator to solidify for 10-15 minutes, setting the maximum cooling temperature. Ideally, if there is an express freeze in the chamber, then the berries will freeze much faster. They should be in the freezer for a minimum amount of time so that the hot chocolate just freezes and the berry remains soft. If you overdo it, the kiwi will freeze.
