Not so long ago, the buzzword "pancakes" appeared in our dictionary. What does it mean? This is nothing more than an overseas relative of our pancakes and pancakes. Lush, tender, they just ask to be smeared with honey or poured with jam and sent to the mouth. Pancakes, like Russian pancakes, can be varied in recipe. The recipe that I want to share with you, for example, assumes that there will be cottage cheese in the dough, which means that the taste of pancakes will become even more delicate and creamy.

Ingredients:

  • Wheat flour - 8 tbsp. l.
  • Milk - 350 ml
  • Sugar - 50 g
  • Chicken egg - 1 pc.
  • Vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • Cottage cheese - 200 g
  • Baking soda - 0.5 tsp
  • Baking powder - 0.5 tsp
  • Vanilla sugar - 5 g
  • Salt - a pinch

1. Pancake dough is not the most difficult, but it has its own subtleties. First of all, all products should be at room temperature, so you need to get them out of the refrigerator in advance. For this baking, you need to take the fattest cottage cheese, and preferably homemade from whole milk. Beat it with a blender, rub it through a sieve or mince it. Our goal is to get rid of the graininess and make it smooth, almost pasty. Combine it with eggs, sugar and vanilla. We mixed the baking powder with flour in advance.

2. Mix all the ingredients, turn the dough into a homogeneous mass.
