Initially, we take the oil out of the refrigerator half an hour before the start of cooking, cut it into cubes with a side of 5-7 mm. After this time, put it in the cold again for 5 minutes, while sifting the flour. Add a pinch of salt and sugar to it, distributing it throughout the mass. Ideally, the butter should be placed on a work surface, sprinkled with flour and chopped with a sharp knife until crumbs form. Do not allow the mass to heat up.
