Simita bagels are no less popular in Turkey than baklava. And in 2010, they were generally recognized as the most popular national Turkish baked goods. Birth with Simit begins every morning with honey, yoghurt, hot aromatic tea or coffee. These are not our usual custard bagels, but unsweetened buns made from bread dough.   • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • White sesame seeds - 100 g

1. Pour half of the flour into a bowl, add sugar, salt, dry yeast and stir the ingredients.
