Put the mushrooms in a boiling brine and cook them for 15 minutes. Add vinegar and boil for another 5 minutes. We put them in jars, which must first be sterilized, corked, wrap up until they cool. Garlic and vegetable oil will not spoil our mushrooms, but you need to add them when serving.
  4. Pickled nigella with onions and carrots … To prepare this dish, we already have 1 kg of boiled nigella. In addition, 70-80 g of onions, 100 g of carrots, 1 liter of water, 30 g of sugar and 10 g of salt. You can't cook these nigella without 3 cloves, 3 lavrushkas, black and allspice - 5 peas each, 2 g of citric acid and 50 ml of 9% vinegar. First, rub the carrots coarsely and cut the onion into half rings. Then we boil vegetables in marinade water so that they become soft. Put the bay leaf, cloves, allspice and black pepper, salt and sugar there and boil for 2 minutes. Put nigella in a boiling marinade, to which vinegar and citric acid were added. We cook them for 15 minutes, put them in jars, of course, sterilized. Fill with marinade. Cork and wrap until it cools. Don't forget to add vegetable oil.
  5. Simple salad with nigella … We take the components in any ratio or to your liking. So, we need such products: salted milk mushrooms, eggs, potatoes, onions and sour cream. First, boil hard-boiled eggs, potatoes in "uniforms". We clean them and cut them at our discretion. We also grind salted mushrooms. Stir the food and season with sour cream.
