2. During this time, the zucchini will let the juice go, so take them with your hands and squeeze them out of excess moisture. Do not skip this step, otherwise the dish will not work, because the base will turn into porridge. Add eggs to the zucchini.

3. Pour in the rye flour. This recipe uses rye flour, but wheat flour or a mixture of different varieties will do. You can also use semolina or oatmeal.
