This is a proven recipe for a delicious alcoholic beverage. This liqueur has a pleasant sweetish taste and delicate aroma. The main thing is to find a nice bottle to serve. The output will be about 240-250 ml of the drink.

Ingredients:

  • Vodka (40 degrees) - 90 g
  • Chicken egg yolks - 2 pcs.
  • Milk - 130 g
  • Sugar - 2, 5 tablespoons
  • Vanilla sugar - 3 g

Making homemade egg liqueur:

  1. Take the freshest chicken eggs, separate the yolk in a cup or deep container. Protein is not useful to us, but you should not throw it away either. You can use egg white in baked goods or make an omelet. Beat the yolk with a mixer or whisk with vanilla sugar until smooth.
  2. Boil the milk and remove the foam that forms. Dissolve the required amount of sugar in hot milk. If you like sweeter drinks, you can take half a spoonful of sugar more. Cool milk.
  3. Gently pour completely cooled milk into the prepared egg yolks so that they do not curl. Stir and only now can vodka be added to the mixture. You can use cognac. Stir again to smooth the liqueur.
  4. Put in the refrigerator for a day. The egg liqueur will be ready the next morning. Pour the drink into a nice bottle and serve.
