When choosing certain recipes for drinks, the following may become relevant:

  • Kvass … To prepare it, squeeze the maximum juice out of one lemon and grind the zest of this fruit on a grater. Then mix them with boiled water (1 L), add raisins (1 tablespoon), bran (2 tablespoons), dry yeast (40 g) and sugar (150 g). Keep the resulting composition on low heat for about 10 minutes, then pour it into a glass jar and soak for a day. The next day, strain the kvass through cheesecloth and drink with or without honey.
  • Milkshake … Place 10 pitted cherries, 3 tablespoons blueberries, and 5 apricots into the bowl of a blender. Then add vanilla ice cream (50 g), milk (500 ml), vanilla sugar (2 tablespoons) and bran (2 tablespoons). Beat all this at high speed for 2-3 minutes, the cocktail should turn out without lumps.
  • Smoothie … Combine flaxseed flour (1 tablespoon), soft prunes (50 g), wheat bran (3 tablespoons) and kefir with a fat content of 1% (200 ml). Then whisk the composition with a blender and refrigerate for an hour. Before use, add 1 tbsp. l. honey in liquid, non-sugar form.
