Do you happen to have pita bread or cheese stale? Hmm, this did not happen to us either, so that these two products stale and they did not find a use. Therefore, for this recipe, they ran to the store, since I wanted a pie with cheese, well, very much.

The pie turns out to be very satisfying and tasty. After all, there is so much cheese, mmm … Our pie is a prototype of achma cheese pie. But it uses more expensive varieties of cheese - mozzarella and suluguni. We will take any hard cheese with at least 50% fat and salty. If there is cottage cheese or feta cheese (these products do not linger here either), then add them to the filling, it will only taste better. Next time we will do just that, will you?

Lavash smeared with mayonnaise

We all start by expanding the pita bread. We have them very large 60 cm on the long side. Others were out of stock. If your pita bread is smaller, use two or more. We lay out the lavash on a flat surface and grease it with mayonnaise, well, or sour cream. You need such a trick so that the pita bread after baking is not dry, and, accordingly, does not break.
