- We install shut-off ball valves, a sump and a filter at the inlet to the tank. This is to prevent the ingress of pipe scale.
- We install ball shut-off valves at the outlet of the boiler.
- We carry out with the help of couplings docking with the outgoing and incoming pipes.
- We lead a separate branch of the electrical cable to the boiler from the switchboard. Please note that the cross-section of the wire must correspond to that indicated in the passport.

Before proceeding with the manufacture, it is necessary to decide which circuit will be used in the system: one- or two-circuit. We will consider the option of manufacturing a boiler based on a built-in heating element.
We carry out work in this order:
- In a removable steel pipe with a diameter of about 15-20 cm and a length of about 50 cm, we mount a heating element with a capacity of 1 kV. Its diameter should be smaller than the pipe.
- We connect the structure to the end of the water tank pipe by welding. It is worth noting that the more compact its dimensions are, the more energy efficient the device will be. Less electricity will be used to heat a small amount of water.
- Pour about 700 ml of water into a container.
- On the reverse side, we build an electrode into the tank. At this stage, it is important to ensure that the electrode reaches the bottom of the container.
- We fix the pipe at a slope to the wall surface.
- We make grounding. For this we equip a grounding center. It is represented by several zinc or copper plated metal pins, which are connected using fittings.
- We bury the pins in the soil. After connecting the boiler to a separate machine on the switchboard, we run a zero cable from it.
- We mount a pressure gauge in the body through a three-way valve. This will protect the boiler from overheating and save on energy consumption.
- We draw a phase wire to the boiler from a separate machine on the switchboard.
- We connect an RCD and a difavtomat to it.
The power of such equipment is regulated by a pressure gauge, and the boiler itself is capable of heating up to +120 degrees. With its help, the steam room and auxiliary rooms of the bath will be heated.
Installation of a homemade electric boiler in a bath
Before connecting an electric boiler, you need to familiarize yourself with all fire safety requirements and decide on its location. It is more convenient and practical to place it in the dressing room. At the same time, a heating element for heating water and a special bowl for stones are equipped in the steam room itself.
We install the boiler in the following sequence:
- We mark with a pencil the location of the device.
- We drill the necessary holes with a drill or perforator.
- Attach the galvanized steel fixing profile and mounting plate.
- We measure evenness with a hydro level.
- We attach the equipment with dowels. For installation of a floor-standing boiler, we attach a special metal pallet to the floor.
- We connect the water supply pipe to the tank using couplings. Better to fix it from below. Thus, the water will be more efficiently mixed in the tank.
- We attach a filter to the pipe inlet.
Since wood is traditionally used to decorate the bath, all heating devices should be at a safe distance from the walls. In addition, the wood itself near them is treated with fire retardant compounds.
Please note that all cable systems and socket mechanisms must be carried out in special corrugations, have maximum insulation and the highest indicator of protection and moisture resistance. The device itself cannot be mounted near water sources.
