In my recipe, I will tell you how to make an interesting snack out of ordinary sausages - sausages in ring dough. I use a store-bought puff-yeast dough, but you can make homemade according to your favorite recipe. If you have purchased frozen dough, you can quickly bake products that are not only tasty, but also beautiful. Children can be attracted to the design of sausages with circles, this method is useful for the development of fine motor skills of the hands and the development of spatial thinking. In addition, such original sausages will amuse a cheerful company and will quickly fly off the table. You can also get even more creative with the design of sausages. For example, cut thin strips of dough and wrap them crosswise, with gaps, spirals, or sculpt a funny figure out of the dough, in the middle of which there will be a sausage.

In the proposed recipe, sausages are baked in the oven. But they can also be fried in oil in a pan, then the appetizer will be more high-calorie, nourishing and fatter. 1. Remove the dough from the freezer and place it on the lower shelf of the refrigerator to defrost. If you need to speed up the defrosting process, leave it at room temperature, but never use a microwave oven. Otherwise, the dough will become soft, lose its flakiness and become very soft.

Sprinkle a tabletop with a rolling pin with flour and roll out the dough into a thin rectangular layer about 3-5 mm. Place the sausages on a sheet of dough.

2. Wrap the batter over the sausages.

3. Smooth the edges of the dough well so that the sausage is completely covered on all sides.

4. Along the entire length of the sausage, make cuts at a distance of 1 cm from each other. Cut the sausage completely with a knife, and leave the bottom edge of the dough intact.

5. Turn the cut sausage rings alternately in different directions, as shown in the photo.
