Not so long ago we got out into nature with an overnight stay and, accordingly, fishing. The fishing turned out to be surprisingly successful, and therefore the catch was a whole bucket of crucians - large and small. Usually we fry them, but mothers with children will understand me - how difficult it is to choose small bones from fish, especially from crucian carp. Therefore, a child will not eat much normally, but how useful this product is for a young organism! There are many essential amino acids, fat-soluble vitamins (A, C, E, D), B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin), phosphorus, calcium and other useful substances in crucian carp. Meat contains up to 8% polyunsaturated acids, which prevent the development of nervous and cardiovascular diseases.

Therefore, so that the baby could taste the fish without my fears, I decided to cook cutlets from them. I will say right away - I did not soak them, as other housewives write. By the way, the smudge taste and the swampy smell are eliminated by soaking, first in saline, and then in a weak vinegar solution. Some also advise adding herbs for this purpose. Someone uses lard to make minced meat so that the cutlets are juicy. And someone prefers a different filling - boiled eggs, rice, mushrooms and even cottage cheese. According to my recipe, the cutlets turned out to be very tasty. The baby was satisfied!
