Ingredients: fennel seeds (20 g), ginger root (20 g), water (250 ml), sugar (20 g). Washed ginger is peeled and grated. It is also advisable to rinse the fennel. Next, both ingredients are placed in a turkey or small saucepan. Pour in water. Cooking time - up to 7 minutes. The infusion time is 10 minutes. The tea that has not yet cooled down is poured into cups and sugar is added, which can be replaced with natural honey. Tangerine or orange slices are a great addition to fennel ginger tea.

Preparation begins by preparing a fragrant oil mixture: combine fennel fruits, crushed black pepper, lemon zest, salt, dill and oil. Prepare the salmon fillet, pieces should be no more than 10 by 15 centimeters in size. Brush the inside of the fish with fragrant oil. Connect all fillet pieces in layers. Roll out the dough in the shape of a rectangle, the size of which should be 35 by 25 centimeters, cut into two equal parts. Place the first piece of dough on a baking sheet, then the fish. Spread the pecans on a baking sheet and leave in the oven, preheated to 160 degrees, for 10 minutes. Cool and chop them with a knife.
