This dish is made with meat (pork, beef, chicken), funchose, carrots, onions, garlic, soy sauce and olive oil.

We create this culinary exotic in the following sequence:

  1. We clean the carrots and rub finely.
  2. Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
  3. Cut the meat into strips of half a centimeter.
  4. Boil funchose, pour over it with cold water and dry it.

  1. Cut one zucchini into cubes, put it in a saucepan, add chili and chopped garlic.
  2. Pour the mixture with sesame oil (one tablespoon) and soy sauce (two tablespoons). Then we mix all the ingredients and simmer until the zucchini is transparent.
  3. Pour in a liter of broth and boil it.
  4. Cut one half of the fillet into medium cubes and put in the boiling broth.
  5. Boil for 10 minutes, remove the foam and gently beat in the egg.
  6. Mix the soup thoroughly, cover and cook for another 10 minutes.
  7. Add funchose (200 grams) to the stewpan, add salt to taste, simmer under the lid for another five minutes.

Before serving, the soup is usually sprinkled with chopped green onions on a bowl.

This product is popular in Asian cuisine, even for making desserts. One of them can be realized using 200 g of funchose, fresh pineapple, peach, apple (100 g of each fruit), sugar - 100 g, almonds and walnuts (50 g each), vegetable and nut butter (1 tbsp. l.).

  1. Put the cooked funchose into a bowl, pour it with a mixture of vegetable and nut oils, mix thoroughly and leave to cool.

  • You can prevent sticking by adding 1 tbsp for each liter of liquid during cooking. a spoonful of vegetable oil. For these purposes, both vegetable and olive are suitable.
  • Rinsing with cold water after straining will also keep the noodles from sticking together.
  • It is better to cut funchose into convenient pieces already cooked, since dry is brittle and fragile.
  • After heat treatment, this product will not be stored for a long time, therefore, cook the dish at one time.
  • The noodles are considered finished if they become transparent and grayish in color.

Cooking funchose in Korean

This recipe is popular not only in Asia. An exotic dish is served in many Asian restaurants. You can even cook it yourself. To do this, you will need meat in equal proportions (without fat and veins) and funchose, a few carrots, an onion, vegetable oil, vinegar, soy sauce, garlic, black pepper and ground coriander.
