Modern technological processes have made it easier to prepare many products, reducing them to a minimum of time. For example, for the preparation of industrial-made orange jelly, it is necessary to dissolve a bag with a dry semi-finished product in a sufficient amount of boiled drinking water. The diluted mixture is cooled, left to swell the gelatin and kept in the cold to solidify. It's simple, the pile of dirty dishes is missing, and the amber sweet orange jelly is ready. The dessert is sweet, tasty, beautiful, but there is one "but" - there are many preservatives and flavorings in the purchased jelly. Therefore, I propose to make orange jelly from natural fruits. It will turn out to be no less tasty and bright.

The sweetness is prepared very simply and quickly. In addition, it can be made not only from oranges, but also from lemon, pomelo, grapefruit, lime, etc. The cooking method will be the same for everyone. And if you make several types of jelly at once, you will get a wonderful citrus platter that will decorate any festive feast.

Tip: if you are preparing jelly slices that will stay in a warm room or in direct sunlight for a long time, then use agar-agar instead of gelatin. He is not afraid of the high temperature and the dessert will not hide.
