This recipe can be prepared throughout the diet, incl. and in the third phase of the Ducan nutritional system called Consolidation or Weight Locking. It consolidates the achieved results. The recipe differs from the classic stew in that the dish is prepared without the addition of oil and fat. At the same time, observing the Dukan diet, you can eat tasty and varied. For example, add healthy broccoli, cauliflower or Chinese cabbage to regular stewed cabbage. You get a hearty and vitamin-rich dish with a pleasant taste. You can make a large portion at once, store it in the refrigerator and warm it up before serving.

Ingredients:

  • White cabbage - 0.5 heads of cabbage
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Twisted tomatoes - 2-3 tablespoons
  • Chinese cabbage - 0.3 heads of cabbage
  • Salt - a pinch

Step-by-step cooking of stewed cabbage according to Dukan, recipe with photo:

1. Peel the carrots, wash and grate on a coarse grater. Heat the pan, pour 1 tbsp. water and place the carrots.

2. Saute the carrots over medium heat, stirring occasionally until golden brown. Add liquid if necessary.

3. Chop the white cabbage into thin strips and send to the pan with the carrots. Add some water in which the vegetables will simmer.

4. Immediately add a few spoons of twisted tomatoes. If the tomatoes are fresh, grate them or twist them through a meat grinder.

5. Stir the food and simmer the dish over low heat, covered for 15 minutes.

7. Stir, add salt, add water if necessary so that the food does not burn and simmer the cabbage over the Ducan for another 15 minutes.
