It is from them that Armenian tea is prepared, which has a special taste and healing properties.   • Lemon - 1 ring
  • Anis - 2 stars
  • Honey - 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon - 2 sticks
  • Cardamom - 4 grains

1. Dip the cinnamon sticks into the glass. If there are no sticks, then ground cinnamon (0.5 tsp) will do.

2. Add the cardamom seeds to the glass. You can grind them in a coffee grinder if you like. But then reduce the number of grains by half, because the concentration of spices will increase.
