4th week menu

The number of products is designed for three meals, with at least two hours between each meal:

  • Sunday - citrus, bran toast, 2 cucumbers, 2 tomatoes, 250 g of vegetables, 200 g of fish, 100 g of diet cottage cheese with 0% fat.
