The fish will turn out delicious, with a crispy crust, and the bones will practically not be felt, with the exception of large ones. Moreover, it is very simple to prepare, but it is suitable as a side dish for any dishes, both for fresh vegetables and boiled spaghetti or mashed potatoes.

Ingredients:

  • Crucian carp - 1 pc.
  • Salt to taste
  • Seasoning for fish - 1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch
  • Odorless vegetable oil - for frying

1. Use a special scraper to remove the husk from the fish and remove the gills. Cut open the belly and remove the insides, also peel off the inner black film. Wash the carcass with running cold water and dry well with a paper towel, otherwise during frying there will be a lot of splashes when hot oil and water come into contact. Then cut the prepared fish into pieces about 2-3 cm thick. You can make shallow cross-shaped cuts in the skin to cut small bones, and they were not felt at all.

2. Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat well over high heat. Put the pieces of fish in hot oil. If the oil is not heated enough, the carcasses may stick to the bottom of the pan.

3. Season the carp with salt, black pepper and fish seasoning. If desired, brush the crucian carp with sour cream or mayonnaise. This will soften the small bones even better.
