And by choosing the right product in the store, you can make healthy chips from it. Nori leaves are rich in iodine and phosphorus, they contain vitamins A and C, calcium, iron. If the rolls are to your liking, try another nori seaweed product - the delicious and crunchy oven-baked crisps. It is a delicious and dietary snack and a great addition to vegetarian and lean diets.
