Ribs, due to their excellent taste, are tasty and aromatic in any way they are cooked. After all, just one word, like grilled pork ribs, stewed, fried in a pan, baked or barbecue prepared from them, evoke appetite and a sharp "salivation" in all their fans. That is why, each housewife in her culinary piggy bank should have several options for preparing this product.

Delicious ribs are obtained from the fact that the intercostal pork meat includes the muscle layer, which is juicy, sweet and moderately fatty. At the same time, preparing ribs is absolutely not difficult, and most dishes take very little time.

Meaty ribs are best suited for cooking this dish; with a thin layer of meat, they can be used for soups. And to make it more convenient for you to cook them and it took less time, then when buying, let the seller cut them into pieces. In addition, according to your taste, you can supplement the marinade proposed by me with the following products: honey, mayonnaise, sesame oil, fennel seeds, caraway seeds, ground coriander, maple syrup.

When the oil begins to smoke, spread the ribs to fry, while keeping the heat on. Fry them for about 7-10 minutes, stirring several times. They will be covered with a crust and retain all the juice. Then reduce heat to medium and cook them until almost cooked through.
