I was prescribed metrogil during pregnancy, since nothing else is possible. At first it burned terribly. I removed several layers of skin a day, everything hurt. The application site felt really burnt. But over time, acne also burned: the abscesses were entirely on the nasolabial triangle. Now 1-3 climbs per day, metrogil burns them per day. The face is still red as from a burn, but the redness also subsides, I see that everything will pass, the skin in some places has already turned white, has become like new. But it is imperative to follow the diet, observe what suits you and what does not, new outbreaks may arise from food, this delays the treatment. For example, I can't stand salty, a lot of sweetness, citrus fruits, a lot of fatty - a new rash occurs at once and almost all the treatment is anew. Although before there were no problems with food - I ate everything in general - and cucumbers with milk, and fatty meat and red smoked fish - only fat bellies.
