  • Chili ketchup - 1 pack
  • Salt - 2 tbsp. l.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • Vinegar - 1 tbsp
  • Water - 1.5 l
  • Bay leaves - 3-4 pcs.
  • Garlic - 4-5 cloves
  • Black pepper, sweet peas - 5-10 pcs.
  • Dill umbrellas - 1 bunch

We prepare dishes and cucumbers as usual. Banks are thoroughly washed and sterilized. My cucumbers, cut off the edges on both sides. At the bottom of each jar we put an umbrella of dill, a clove of garlic, a bay leaf, a few grains of black and allspice. If you have your own preferences in the choice of spices and herbs for canning - be free and do not stick to my list, but use what you like. Perhaps you will choose cherry, oak, grape or currant leaves, sprigs of fresh dill or parsley, add mustard or cardamom seeds.

We put cucumbers in jars. These can be whole cucumbers (especially if they are neat, small in size) and cut into several pieces along or in kegs across. We fill the cans to the top.
