In all cases, the recipes are pretty simple, quick and delicious. In addition, such vegetables can be cooked not only in the oven, but also outdoors on the grill.

  • Sweet pepper - 2 pcs.
  • Tomatoes - 6-8 pcs.
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves
  • Dry white wine - 50 ml
  • Soy sauce - 50 ml
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Any spices and herbs to taste

1. Wash and dry the eggplants. Cut off the tail on one side and the tip on the other. Cut the vegetable into wedges or large slices. If the fruit is ripe or dark spots appear on the pulp after cutting, then it contains bitterness. Then sprinkle it with salt and leave for half an hour. Then rinse with running water and dry. There is no bitterness in young fruits, so such manipulations can be avoided.
