People say that each vegetable has its own term. Now the tomato season has come, there are a huge number of varieties, from white to black. All of them are tasty, aromatic, fleshy … they just ask for a salad. Juicy tomatoes are a surprisingly versatile vegetable that goes well with many products: vegetables, fruits, cheese, any kind of meat, sausage, seafood … But today we will combine tomatoes with tomatoes and herbs. Different varieties of tomatoes are in perfect harmony with each other, and the greens give an amazing aroma. Despite the fact that the composition of the salad is modest, different types of tomatoes in combination with each other make a unique dish with spicy flavors. The salad is useful because it contains many vitamins necessary for the full functioning of the body.

Dressing is of great importance in the salad. The simplest is vegetable oil, which has recently been replaced with olive oil and supplemented with vinegar (table or apple cider) or lemon juice. It is suitable for those who are watching the figure and counting calories. If you are not afraid to gain extra pounds, you can use mayonnaise or sour cream, which go well with parsley and dill.   • Pink tomato - 1 pc.
  • Cilantro (any other greens can be used) - several branches
  • Hot pepper - 0.25 pods
  • Yellow tomato - 1 pc.
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Olive oil - for dressing
  • Garlic - 1 clove

1. Select tomatoes that are ripe, firm, fleshy, without rot and spoilage. Wash them under running water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the fruit into medium-sized wedges.

2. Wash the cilantro greens, dry with a paper towel and chop it finely. Peel the garlic and chop finely. Remove the seeds from the hot pepper, because they contain the most spiciness, and chop it finely.

4. Season them with salt, sprinkle with olive oil and stir. It is customary to serve a ready-made salad of tomatoes and herbs immediately after cooking. Otherwise, under the influence of salt, the tomatoes will flow and the salad will not be appetizing. If you are not going to serve it right away, then season it with salt, just before serving.
