Ingredients:

  • Sweet bell pepper - 3 pcs.
  • Chicken fillet - 2 pcs.
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Tomatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Hard cheese - 100 g
  • Basil - a few twigs
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch

1. Wash the fillets and pat dry with a paper towel. Wash the tomatoes and cut into 4 pieces. Peel and chop the onion and garlic for a meat grinder.

2. Pass the chicken, tomatoes, onion and garlic through a meat grinder. Add salt, ground pepper, basil and any spices to the products.
