Hardening should be started from the hands. To make it more convenient for you, you can draw cold water into the basin and dip your hands into it up to the elbow joints. The timing of this procedure should be chosen based on individual characteristics, but your body should not be covered with "goose bumps". Also, after completing the procedure, you should carefully dry your hands with a towel. After that, the body must get used to such effects. Continue this procedure for at least 14 days. After that, you can begin to immerse not only your hands, but also your feet in cold water. Here we also do everything gradually, and first you should immerse your legs in water up to the knee joints.

You should not force events and you need to focus on your own state. If you are already accustomed to cold water, then start diving deeper into it. After a certain time, it also depends on your body, you will be able to submerge your lower body in water.

It is best to carry out this procedure before going to bed. It should be noted that the body needs time to adapt and recover, so it is better to temper every second day. This time should be enough for adaptation.
