  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch
  • Vegetable oil - for frying
  • Onions - 1 pc.
  • Mustard - 1 tsp
  • Sour cream - 3-4 tablespoons

1. Rinse the beef heart thoroughly under running cold water. Clean the vessels well from blood clots. Dip it in a saucepan, cover with cold drinking water and bring to a boil.

2. Boil the heart for 3-5 minutes and pour the broth. Rinse the heart, cover with clean water and bring to a boil again. Season with salt to taste and cook until tender for about half an hour. If desired, add peeled carrots and onions during cooking. Then you get a fragrant broth that can be used to cook soup.
