  • Seasoning for fish - 0.5 tsp
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Ground black pepper - a pinch
  • Mustard - 0.5 tsp
  • Salt - a pinch

1. If you have a whole carp carcass, peel it from the scales, remove the entrails, wash and cut into portioned steaks, which are dried with a paper towel.
